Rebirth Revenge: She Dominates the World

Ace Assassin

"This morning, a sudden explosion occurred on a deserted island in the Pacific Islands!"

"It is rumored that the explosion occurred in an underground laboratory hidden on the island, and no one survived in the entire laboratory. According to reliable sources, the mysterious and unpredictable ace assassin, Victoria, died in this accident..."

In a hospital room in Mapleville, the TV on the wall was playing current affairs news. On the hospital bed, a pale-faced girl with bandages on her head trembled violently.

Bang!

At this moment, a shabbily dressed, mean-looking middle-aged woman rushed in.

She immediately started berating the two people standing in front of the bed.

"What have you done to my daughter? I entrusted her to the school for supervision, but what did you do? She fell and suffered a concussion! And you think a few thousand bucks can appease me?"

"I'm warning you! If you don't give me an explanation today, I'll go to the school tomorrow and ruin your reputation!"

The principal hurriedly turned off the TV and said with a placatory smile, "Mrs. Ricardo, don't worry. We explained everything about Valentina's accident over the phone. She tripped and fell down the stairs on her own. It was an accident, and we've done everything we can..."

"Done everything you can?"

The woman's voice became sharp. "A few thousand bucks is considered 'everything you can'? Let me tell you, my daughter got into trouble at your school, and you must take full responsibility for it!"

"Mrs. Ricardo!"

The homeroom teacher interrupted impatiently, "Valentina is in her final year of high school. She's not a child anymore. It was her own carelessness that caused her to fall down the stairs, so the main responsibility lies with her."

"Furthermore, Valentina has been performing poorly at school, with the lowest grades and often not paying attention in class, which affects other students' learning!"

"Many classmates in our class have complained to me multiple times, saying that she engages in secret relationships, harasses boys, and seriously violates the school rules! Some boys were unable to tolerate her and even brought their parents to me!"

"Instead of causing a scene here, why don't you spend more time educating your daughter?"

"You!" Selena Ricardo placed her hands on her hips, her eyes glaring with fury. "Is this your your attitude? This is too much!"

"We…"

"Shut up! Enough arguing!" A cold and low voice suddenly interrupted their conversation.

The three of them immediately fell silent and turned to look at the girl on the hospital bed. She had a plump figure and a pale complexion.

Victoria held her head as she struggled to sit up.

With her movements, the bed, pushed to its limits, began to make pitiful creaking noises.

Her brows furrowed tightly as she surveyed her surroundings.

The unfamiliar environment caused her pupils to instinctively narrow, her eyes filled with wariness.

What happened? Wasn't she dead?

When she escaped from the laboratory, she avenged herself by cutting off the head of the doctor.

hen the doctor's henchmen tried to activate the chip in her brain, she single-handedly killed more than a dozen accomplices in the laboratory.

In the end, she willingly accepted her fate when the laboratory exploded.

But unexpectedly, she woke up again, and she was in a hospital?

Victoria lowered her head and looked at her large bosom and the round belly protruding beneath it. She fell silent for a moment.

This was not her body.

So, was she reborn?

Well, how interesting!

As the ace assassin in the largest killer organization worldwide - the Shadow, she was taken back to the Shadow when she was still a babe, receiving brutal training ever since.

By seventeen, she had become the number one assassin on the global assassin ranking list.

For the following years, no one could ever challenge her position.

The Shadow went mad because of this. To expand its influence, they actually captured her and sent her to an experimental facility to extract her embryonic tissues and clone countless top-level assassins like her!

Later on, fearing that she couldn't be controlled, they even wanted to kill her to silence her!

Humph!

She had served the Shadow for so many years, and this was the ending she got!

If she had known, she should have left the organization and established her own power!

"Valentina, you're awake!" The headmaster exclaimed joyously.

Victoria lifted her head to look at him, her brow furrowing slightly, "Who are you?"

As soon as she finished speaking, the three people in the room froze at the same time.

Selena was thrilled inside. The next second, she pounded the headmaster's arm with her fists, sobbing, "Look at what you've done! My daughter can't even remember me! Treating this illness will cost at least hundreds of thousands of dollars!"

"Oh my god! I can't live anymore! She's my only support in this lifetime! If something happens to her, I won't live either!"

Even the homeroom teacher, who had been blaming her, panicked. "Mrs. Ricardo, please calm down first."

"Calm down? How should I calm down? My daughter's brain is damaged, how could I possibly calm down?"

Selena's piercing and ear-piercing voice echoed in the ward. Victoria only felt a sharp pain in her brain, and a memory that didn't belong to her rushed in fiercely.

"Enough!" She growled, pointing to the door. "Everyone, get out!"

"Alright! We will leave first. Mrs. Ricardo, let Valentina rest fine now." The headmaster tried to play peacemaker with a smile.

Finally, the room turned quiet. Victoria let out a long sigh, got off the bed, and went to the bathroom to splash cold water on her face.

The girl in the mirror looked very unfamiliar.

She had fair skin and beautiful features.

But her figure... was really too fat.

But she could lose weight.

She raised her head and stared at herself in the mirror for a few seconds before slowly saying, "Valentina Ricardo."

From now on, she would be called Valentina.

Since she was reborn into Valentina's body, it just proved that they had a connection.

However, Valentina's body was simply too weak. She had only stood for a moment, but her legs were already jelly, and her whole body was out of strength.

It was obviously caused by physical weakness and blood deficiency.

How could Valentina manage to be so fat with such a weak body?

Or was there a hidden secret behind this?

She quickly accepted her new identity and face.

Just as she came out of the washroom, the doctor came over with her medical records. "Valentina?"

Valentina turned around, and her clear and cold eyes sparkled. "I'm here."

...

The Felton Family, Biddeford.

A tastefully decorated study.

A man dressed in a black suit exuded an arrogant aura. His brows were slightly furrowed as he stared intently at the news on the computer screen.

After a long time, he sighed, "What a pity."

Such a young medical genius died just like that.

It seemed that he really couldn't find anyone to treat his father's illness.

On the computer screen, the information about the ace assassin Victoria was displayed prominently.

The man couldn't hide his disappointment. He turned off the computer, put his hands in his pockets, and walked to the window.

Deep regret filled his profound and mysterious eyes.

It was just one step.

Just one step, and he could have found Victoria to cure his father's illness.

Ultimately, it was destiny playing its game.

Rebirth

Mapleville.

Valentina stayed in the hospital overnight.

She wasn't sure how Selena had ultimately reached an agreement with the school, but the next morning, Selena ordered her to go home, saying that staying in the hospital was a waste of money.

"The hospital fees are so expensive, and your school is stingy. They only compensated us with a small amount of money. Hurry up! Pack your things and go home!"

Selena threw the clothes for Valentina to change into, looking at her with disdain.

"I told you to eat less! Look at you. You're as fat as a pig!"

Valentina didn't move, sitting on the bed, coldly looking at her.

Selena felt a chill down her spine from her gaze, and impatiently said, "What are you looking at? I don't have time to wait for you! If you don't change and leave now, I'm going straight to work!"

How strange. Why did Valentina's look suddenly become so horrifying?

It seemed that ever since she woke up yesterday, her gaze had changed.

Was it an illusion?

"Hurry up! If you don't hurry, I'll be late and they'll deduct my salary!" Selena snapped, slamming the door of the hospital room.

Valentina took a deep breath.

Considering that she was the original Valentina's mother, she endured it.

Just after they stepped out of the hospital, Selena threw two coins at her and said irritably, "Take the bus yourself. I have to go to work!"

After speaking, she rode away on her electric bike.

Valentina raised an eyebrow, weighing the coins, and following the original Valentina's memory, she took a bus home.

The original Valentina's family lived in a dirty and rundown shack in the middle of the city.

As soon as she entered the house, a girl with delicate features but a mean expression called out in a sarcastic tone, "Oh! The fat pig is back!"

"You managed to trip and fall while walking, so why didn't you fall to your death?"

"Thanks to your fat, it saved you from a disaster. You should continue to eat more and become a fat ball, ha-ha!"

"Diana Ricardo!" A furious shout from a boy came from the room.

Valentina looked up and saw a handsome boy in a blue school uniform coming out of the room with anger. He walked quickly, with a slight limp in his left foot.

Looking at Diana, he frowned. "Have you said enough? If you don't speak, no one will think you're mute!"

Diana crossed her arms and scoffed coldly, "Humph, playing the good guy? Maybe you look up to her as a sister, but I don't need this kind of fat pig sister."

Her caustic face was identical to Selena's.

Valentina ignored her and walked towards her own room.

The boy followed silently.

Valentina stopped in her tracks and looked back at him.

Her clear and cold eyes were filled with scrutiny.

The boy resembled Selena to some extent and inherited her beauty perfectly.

Although Selena was mean, she looked good, which led to her twisted and sarcastic personality. She always believed that with her beauty, she could marry a wealthy man. Who would have thought that after marrying George Ricardo, their lives would become poorer and poorer?

The boy in front of Valentina was her younger brother.

He was good-looking with a decent personality.

Augus Ricardo lowered his head and glanced at Valentina. His gaze paused for a second on the bandage on her head before handing her a sandwich and grabbing his backpack strap, then turning and leaving for school.

Valentina raised her eyebrows; she knew she hadn't misjudged him.

Augus was nothing like Selena.

The three children of the Ricardo family had developed three different personalities.

Quite interesting.

Back in her room, Valentina fell asleep until it was dark, and was finally awakened by Diana's rude call.

"Fat pig! All you do is sleep! Still not going to get up for food? Do I need to feed you?"

"All you do is eat and sleep. In your next life, you should be born as a pig!"

Valentina opened her eyes, her eyeballs slightly bloodshot, exuding an inexplicable aggression.

Diana was taken aback and cursed under her breath before turning and leaving.

Valentina narrowed her eyes.

Diana was clearly a younger sister, but she had bullied the original Valentina for many years both openly and secretly.

Selena had always turned a blind eye to it.

George was timid and incapable and had no say at home.

Thinking of the past grievances Diana inflicted on the original Valentina, Valentina's pupils constricted dangerously. She would help the original Valentina seek revenge for this!

Consider it as repaying the original Valentina for letting her reborn into her body.

Augus went out, and George was setting the table. "Val, good morning. Wash your hands and come for breakfast!"

In the less than 30-square-meter living room, it was filled with various cardboard boxes and daily necessities. The walls were cracked and gray, and the floor was dirty, unable to see its original color.

The whole living room didn't have anything valuable, and the family was struggling.

Under the yellowish incandescent light, there was a worn-out red lacquered table with wormholes in the legs, supported by tiles.

At the furthest corner, a spot was reserved for Valentina.

Augus bowed his head and ate in silence.

When Valentina approached, he naturally stepped back, leaving enough space for her to go to her own seat.

"Val, are you feeling better? Come, eat more." George asked while serving food to Valentina's plate.

As he spoke, there was a hint of embarrassment in his eyes. "We're poor and can't afford the hospital fees. Stay at home and rest for a few more days. The school has already given you a leave of absence."

Mockingly, Diana said, "Does she need to go to school and embarrass herself with her grades?"

"Diana! Why are you speaking like that? She's your sister!" George scolded her angrily.

Diana pouted. "I don't want a sister who embarrasses me like this!"

"You..."

"George! Why are you yelling at Diana?"

Selena slammed her fork on the table and angrily said, "Did she say anything wrong? Even mentioning Valentina's grades is embarrassing! She's even dating in school! Haven't you heard what her homeroom teacher told me? She has utterly disgraced me!"

Selena got increasingly irate as she spoke, "And you! I don’t even know what I was thinking when I married such a loser like you."

"All your brothers were worse than you, but what about now? They drive luxury cars and live in mansions! But you, you never strive for anything. After all these years, you can't even move out of this city shanty!"

"You still go pick up old refrigerators and sofas that your brothers don't want! Do you know how those friends used to laugh at me behind my back?"

Selena unleashed all the pent-up resentment from these years. "If you had any ability, our only son wouldn't have become crippled!"

"If I had known it would turn out like this, I would rather have died than marry you!"

George was thoroughly scolded, his face flushing red in silence.

Meanwhile, Augus and Diana just shrugged off the argument, calmly having their meals.

However, when the words 'cripple' were mentioned, Augus's hand holding the fork tightened.

Valentina raised an eyebrow, expressionless as she took a few bites and then went to watch TV.

Diana followed closely behind and sarcastically said, "You really have no conscience! Our parents are fighting like this because of you, and you still have the leisure to watch TV?"

Valentina didn't say anything, just gave her a cold and indifferent glance.

Diana was once again frightened by the hostility in her eyes and couldn't help but touch the hair on her arm. "Why are you staring at me? Did I say something wrong?" Diana said nervously.

It was strange. Why had Valentina changed so much since returning from the hospital?

She used to always be meek and submissive.

But today, she showed that hostile gaze twice in a row.

Could it be that she had damaged her brain?

Annoyed by Your Presence

Seeing the situation, Selena immediately scolded Valentina.

"You brat! How dare you bully your sister? Hurry up and clean up the table, wash the dishes!"

"If it weren't for you, I wouldn't have married your father. You've ruined my whole life! I get annoyed just looking at you!"

Valentina's eyes narrowed slightly, revealing a hint of icy coldness.

Quarreling with an ant was nothing but a waste of life.

She wouldn't bother with these low-class women.

She shifted her gaze to the television, which was playing the news about the explosion on a Pacific island.

A faceless female corpse had been found among the ruins and wreckage, and the police and coroner were performing an autopsy.

Valentina glanced at it and expressionlessly turned off the TV, then got up and went back to her room.

"Oh! You're not eating anymore?"

Diana sarcastically said, "You usually eat three plates of food. Why haven't you touched your food today? If you don't eat more, how can you maintain your perfect fat pig figure?"

Selena also looked at her angrily, "Didn't I tell you to wash the dishes? Are you trying to be lazy? Do you want a beating?"

George's eyebrows furrowed tightly. "Val still has an injury on her head. Can't you let her rest? Can't Diana and Augus wash the dishes?"

Diana immediately frowned. "No way! I've never washed dishes before. Besides, she hurt her head, not her hands. Why can't she wash the dishes?"

Selena added, "Diana needs to study! She has always been at the top of her class and she wants to go to a prestigious university in the future!"

"Our family can only show off Diana's grades when we go back for Christmas. Her hands are meant for holding a pen, not washing dishes!"

Diana looked triumphantly at Valentina, her eyes full of provocation.

Valentina pursed her lips, staring at Selena with a restrained hostility.

Her temper had never been good.

Years of being an assassin had shaped her into a person with a clear distinction between love and hate, and a merciless and ruthless personality.

She had already given Selena and Diana plenty of chances.

If they offended her again, she couldn't guarantee that she wouldn't break their necks with her fingers!

"Enough, I'll wash them." Augus stood up at this moment, silently collected the dishes, and walked into the kitchen.

Selena immediately felt sorry for him. "How can I let you wash the dishes? Just leave it and let Valentina do it!"

Valentina sneered, a hint of coldness flashing in her eyes.

This was how the original Valentina lived at home.

She had a spineless father and an unloving mother, and even her younger sister could bully her.

The only one she could consider normal was her younger brother, Augus.

Augus ignored them and silently washed the dishes.

Diana sneered and rolled her eyes. "I’m going back to my room to do homework."

After speaking, she went into her bedroom without realizing that she had just brushed shoulders with death.

Selena glared at Valentina and went into the kitchen, pushing Augus out and cursing as she washed the dishes.

Only then did Valentina withdraw the murderous intent in her eyes and decide to get some fresh air outside.

The house where the Ricardo family lived was an old single-story house left behind by the previous generation. It looked rundown, but it was spacious enough.

There was a large courtyard in front, enclosed by a wall. In the courtyard, there was a big rose bush that had been there for many years.

There were also quite a few empty rooms on the side. Originally, these were where George and his brothers lived. But after they got rich, each of them bought their own house and moved out.

No wonder Selena turned into a resentful woman.

Nobody wanted to be the worst off, but that was exactly what the Ricardo family was.

Out of the corner of her eye, Valentina saw Augus limping back from the kitchen to his room.

She thought for a moment and followed him.

In front of the desk, Augus took out his workbook and looked down at the questions. These were math problems he copied from the internet, and they were very difficult. He had been thinking for three days but still couldn't find a way to solve them.

"Can't solve it?" Valentina raised an eyebrow and asked.

Augus suddenly turned around and saw the girl leaning lazily at the door, watching him with an amused expression.

Although her face looked fine, her massive figure almost blocked the doorway completely.

For some reason, Augus felt his sister seemed different today than before.

Valentina approached and glanced at the questions in his hands. "You don't know how to solve them?"

Augus remained silent for a while before he managed to say, "These are the final questions from this year's International Math Olympiad..."

Only a few people in the world could solve them.

Valentina raised an eyebrow, picked up a pen from the desk, and started writing on the nearby scratch paper.

Augus watched her in stun, and by the time he snapped back to reality, the draft paper was already filled with writing, covering an entire page.

"Done." Valentina put down the pen and raised her eyebrow in a cool manner.

Augus lowered his head in utter disbelief.

The process from solving the problem to the train of thought was clear and concise!

She had answered all the parts he couldn't understand!

Augus was shocked and delighted. He took out his phone to search for the answers online.

Not only were the answers she provided concise and easy to understand, they were even more straightforward than the official solutions!

He excitedly held the answer paper written by Valentina, unable to believe it. "How did you solve it?"

Valentina looked at him seriously. "By hands."

Augus was stunned.

"But this is the final question from the International Math Olympiad..."

"Just this?" Valentina raised an eyebrow disdainfully. "To be honest, the level of the question setter is quite average."

Augus fell silent.

The question setter was an international math master!

His sister, who usually scored near the bottom on exams, was saying that their level was average?

"Val, tell me the truth. Did you secretly look up the answers?" Augus said, "You usually score only around twenty points in math, and you can never solve even the simplest final question."

Valentina sneered. "Writing a solution for such a simple question is a piece of cake."

Augus was taken aback, his eyes wide open. "So, were you pretending before?"

He couldn't believe it and quickly searched for the final question from last year's International Math Olympiad on the internet. "If you can solve this question, I will believe you."

Valentina took the phone, glanced at the question, and remained silent.

Seeing this, the excitement in Augus's eyes instantly turned into disappointment.

He knew it. Such a miracle wouldn't happen in his family.

Valentina must have secretly looked at his questions earlier and searched for the answers online.

"Forget it." He took back his phone and lowered his head to continue doing his homework. "I need to do my homework now, so please leave."

"The equation of the surface is z=S2+y2."

"What?" Augus froze for a second.

"The answer you're seeking," Valentina said in a bland tone.

Augus's body stiffened, and he immediately took out his phone to search for the answer.

When he saw that the answer online was exactly the same as what Valentina had said, he gaped in disbelief.

The process of solving the problem took up two whole pages!

Could it be that his dim-witted sister had done the calculations in her mind?

Was this some sort of a superbrain?

Was she even human?

Was her brain a computer?

So, did she deliberately score poorly before because she thought the questions were too easy and didn't want to waste her time and energy?

Intentionally Doing Poorly on Purpose?

"Any more you don't understand?" Valentina raised her eyebrows.

Out of the entire family, only Augus seemed somewhat pleasing to the eye.

If he wanted to improve, she wouldn't mind helping him.

Augus snapped out of his shock and asked, "You're so clever, so why do you intentionally do poorly on every test?"

"I just don't want to draw attention to myself," Valentina responded nonchalantly.

"Then... are you going to do the same for the SAT?" Augus anxiously asked.

"No," Valentina raised her eyebrows.

She was a legendary assassin in her previous life, a myth among killers.

After being reborn into this unknown and ridiculed body, how could she just accept it?

She was used to having others submit to her. When had she ever looked up to someone else?

SAT?

She would use her grades to slap those who looked down on her in the face!

Augus was stunned by the arrogant and confident look in Valentina's eyes, and he couldn't come back to his senses for a while.

Tonight's occurrence was beyond his comprehension, and he was yet unable to accept the fact that his useless sister had suddenly become a genius.

"Alright, you continue studying. I'm going back to my room," Valentina said and turned to leave.

"Wait!" Augus called out to her, taking a candy out of his pocket. "You didn't have dinner, so have a candy to prevent low blood sugar."

Valentina looked down at the candy in his palm, taken aback for a few seconds.

She had been fighting in a sea of blood since she was young, used to being alone, and no one had ever cared for her like this.

Silent for two seconds, she reached out and took it. "Thanks."

Augus retracted his hand, hesitated for a second, and said, "Actually, if you lose some weight, you'll definitely look good. Those people who talk behind your back will shut up."

Valentina looked up at him, and a spark of interest flashed in her eyes.

This younger brother was better than she had imagined.

"I don't bother with them because I don’t want to waste my breath."

"But everyone has their limits. If they go too far again, I certainly won't endure it, and I'll strike back ruthlessly at anyone who bullies me."

Valentina's voice was calm, her eyes steady as she spoke.

But Augus could feel the hidden storm in her words.

He thought that Valentina's injuries this time had truly brought out her fierceness.

Perhaps, misfortune came with a blessing.

"I'm leaving." Valentina gestured to Augus by raising her chin, and before she left, she glanced at his leg.

It was not too serious and could be treated.

Back in her room, Valentina lay on the bed with the candy in her mouth, looking at the spider webs covering the ceiling, her eyebrows furrowed.

Although she had grown up fighting in the Shadow, everything she ate, used, wore, and lived in was top-notch.

This was her first time living in such a dirty and dilapidated environment.

She became famous at a young age, and with every mission she took, the commission she received was enough to cover a year's profit for a company.

After all, being an assassin was just one of her identities.

She was young and incredibly wealthy, but now, with Victoria's 'death', the money in her bank account became useless.

However, for her, making money was nothing more than a simple and easy task.

But at the moment, the most pressing matter was losing weight.

As a perfectionist, she could not tolerate any imperfections in herself.

After resting at home for two days, Valentina went out for a morning run before dawn every day.

In the afternoon, she practiced combat skills in her room.

But this body was too weak. She would get tired and out of breath after only half an hour of practice.

On the third morning, Valentina went for her usual morning run, came back to take a quick shower, changed into her school uniform, and prepared to go to school. As soon as she stepped out of the door, she saw Augus waiting for her.

As far as she could remember, this was the first time Augus had waited for her to leave.

"Let's go," Augus looked at her somewhat shyly. "together."

Then, he turned around and walked away first.

These past two days, Augus would bring a pile of strange and unique questions to Valentina every day after school.

Valentina would solve them with just a glance.

Now, Augus fully believed that Valentina's previous stupidity and foolishness were just an act. She was truly a genius, but she intentionally ranked last because she was lazy and didn't want to stand out.

However, he occasionally wondered if Valentina had fallen and hit her head, which made her smart.

After all, the world was vast, and anything was possible!

Valentina carried her backpack on one shoulder, hands in her pockets, and followed him casually.

"What do you want for breakfast?”

"Sandwiches. We can buy them at the bus stop up ahead," Augus suggested.

"I have no money," Valentina stated succinctly.

In other words, he should buy for her.

Augus pursed his lips and took five dollars from his pocket. "Mom gave me... us five dollars. What kind of filling do you want?"

Valentina raised her eyebrow.

Impressive, Selena didn't even prepare breakfast money for her.

"Just by some bread." The bread was cheaper and enough to fill the stomach.

Augus nodded and then turned his head to look at her. "You've been running every morning these past two days. It seems like you're determined to lose weight?"

"Mm."

Augus glanced at her face and sincerely said, "You'll definitely look so pretty once you lose weight."

Valentina smirked and gave him a playful look.

Augus instantly blushed and awkwardly turned his gaze away.

He was quite cute, Valentina thought to herself.

The two of them arrived at school together and went their separate ways after entering the school gate.

Valentina was in the senior grade teaching building, watching her classmates in their school uniforms laughing and joking around. She couldn't help but feel that this scene was unfamiliar.

She had been raised under the organization's training and had never attended school for a single day.

This feeling was quite peculiar.

As soon as Valentina entered the classroom, the originally noisy classroom fell silent in an odd way.

Everyone turned to look at her simultaneously.

Weak in The Knees

"Why did the fat pig come back so soon? Didn't she almost die from that fall?"

"She has thick skin and won't die so easily. It's already good enough that she didn't break the stairs."

"I heard that she saw the school heartthrob and got nervous, which made her weak in the knees."

"I can't believe it! Shouldn't the school heartthrob ask her for compensation for mental distress?"

"You know what? This fatso tied her hair up, and she actually looks better than before."

"She looks good? Are you kidding me? You have bad taste!"

The mocking and laughter in the classroom grew louder and louder.

Valentina stood in place, her gaze coldly sweeping over the young and malicious faces.

They were all people who had bullied the original Valentina.

Bullies in the school.

She would personally take back what they owed the original Valentina!

The crowd was shocked by the coldness and hostility in Valentina's eyes, and they froze, their smiles disappearing from their lips.

At this moment, they felt as if they were being targeted by a wild beast.

There was an inexplicable sense of danger and oppression that made it hard for them to breathe.

How could this be?

This was just the useless Valentina!

How could they be intimidated by this waste's glare?

Valentina retracted her gaze, not looking at anyone, and walked to her seat.

The textbooks on the desk were in a mess, torn and trampled on.

Valentina intended not to create trouble from the get-go. Expressionlessly, she stuffed the books into the desk and lay down to sleep.

After morning reading class ended, Valentina raised her head during the dismissal bell, her eyes slightly bloodshot, adding a touch of hostility and arrogance.

Under the scornful gaze of others, she left without expression and went straight to the restroom.

As soon as she entered a stall, the door was locked from the outside.

Laughter from a few girls came from outside the stall.

"Haha! How dare she, looking like a fat pig, harass the school heartthrob!"

"Let's teach her a lesson!"

"Get the washcloth water and pour it on her!"

"Coming right up!"

Crash!

Dirty water was about to pour down from above the stall.

At the same time, the stall door was kicked open!

Two girls who were standing on a stool fell down, drenched in dirty water.

"Ah!"

They let out painful screams, and a few girls who were watching the scene behind them also fell to the ground.

Screams reverberated throughout the restroom.

Valentina was unharmed, standing at the entrance of the stall with one hand in her pocket, coldly looking at the scene.

Then, she looked at the only girl who was unscathed at the entrance - Eudora Katrine, the campus belle.

In the corner of her eye, Valentina caught a glimpse of Diana behind Eudora, and her pupils narrowed.

Diana was afraid of being affected and didn't even look back, running away in a hurry.

Humph! Coward!

Valentina sneered and withdrew her gaze. Then she walked forward and stood in front of Eudora.

Eudora stood in the same place, her beautiful face slightly pale due to the scare.

Eudora had been the leader in bullying Valentina for nearly three years, this was the first time she'd seen Valentina fight back.

Valentina approached Eudora step by step, her deep eyes filled with endless chill.

Eudora felt an unfounded fear and kept backing away.

She kept retreating until she had nowhere else to go, cornered against the wall by Valentina.

"What... What are you doing...."

Before she could finish her words, Valentina harshly grabbed her slender neck and tightened her grip with all five fingers.

"Ah..." Eudora's breath hitched, and her throat made a sound similar to bubbles being squeezed.

Valentina approached her, her eyes cold and chilling as she looked into Eudora's eyes. "Consider this a warning. If there's a next time, don't blame me for not being polite!"

After speaking, she forcefully flung Eudora to the side.

Eudora let out a scream and fell to the ground, clutching her neck and coughing heavily.

Valentina sneered, walked to the sink, and calmly washed her hands. The girls who had bullied her looked at her in shock and fear, no one dared to approach and stop her.

Eudora sat on the ground, finally managing to stop coughing, and touched her nose, her eyes filled with fear.

Just now, she really saw a murderous intent in Valentina's eyes!

How could this be?

How did that simpleton suddenly become so terrifying?

“Valentina! Just you wait! I won't let you get away with this!" Eudora gritted her teeth, her face twisted in anger.

...

Valentina was about to return to the classroom when she saw Augus rushing over with an anxious expression. "Val!"

"What's wrong?"

Augus looked her up and down. "Are you okay? Did they corner you in the restroom again?"

"I'm fine." Valentina raised an eyebrow. "They are the ones in trouble, not me."

However, Augus running over to ask about her well-being did increase her favorable impression of him.

At the entrance of the classroom, a few boys looked over and sneered.

"Sister Fat Pig and Brother Lame are standing together, truly a perfect match!"

Valentina's expression darkened, and she looked up.

She saw several boys standing at the entrance of the neighboring class, and one of them was the person the original Valentina had a secret crush on - Byron Augustine.

Valentina glanced at him and slightly furrowed her eyebrows.

So this was the so-called school heartthrob?

He was too ordinary, not even as handsome as Augus!

If Augus had healthy legs, would the position of school heartthrob be his?

"Byron, what do you think this dead fatty is thinking? How could someone like her dare to like you? Where does she get the courage?" one of the boys next to Byron mocked.

Byron glanced at Valentina, his face looking very unpleasant. "Alright, stop talking."

The boy pouted and shouted at Augus, "Lame! Why aren't you going back to class?"

Augus's handsome face flushed red, his hands clenched tightly, his eyes filled with restraint and endurance.

The boy sneered, "Boring! Forget it. Let's go."

After speaking, he turned and was about to leave.

Then, a chubby hand forcefully grabbed the back of his collar and slammed him against the wall.

The boy crashed into the wall and let out a painful cry.

He struggled hard to turn around and saw Valentina standing behind him with a gloomy face and staring at him.

"Damn it! Fat pig! Are you insane? Let go of me!"

The boy struggled with all his might but couldn't budge Valentina even a bit.

Several students were watching, and he felt embarrassed and struggled like a slippery fish.

"Apologize," Valentina said coldly.

"Apologize your ass! I didn't say anything wrong! Take your fat hands off me!"

"Apologize!" Valentina's tone became heavier, her eyes completely cold.

The boy was startled by the darkness in her eyes and was completely dumbfounded.

frowned, "Valentina, stop causing trouble and let him go." He didn't want to have any interaction with Valentina. If it wasn't to help this boy, he wouldn't have said a word to her.

"Shut up!" Valentina gave him a chilly, indifferent glance. ""If you don't want to die, get out of here!"

"Hiss..."

A stunned gasp echoed from the people standing around them.

The onlookers couldn't believe what they were seeing, thinking they had misheard.

Wasn't Valentina a sycophant of Byron?

She had actually told Byron to get out.

Pigs might fly!

Byron's face turned beet red, and a flash of anger flitted through his eyes.

"Apologize. Do you hear me?" Valentina's patience wore thin, and she grabbed the boy's collar, lifting him with one hand.

The boy felt like he was going to suffocate. He struggled to break free but to no avail. In the end, he could only wear a mournful expression and unwillingly say, "I'm sorry!"

Valentina abruptly shoved him away, her voice cold and deep. "If I hear the word 'lame' again, I'll make you immediately become lame!"

"Get lost!"

The boy held his neck, glaring at Valentina with hatred, his teeth clenched.

Just then, the school bell rang. Byron, with an unpleasant expression, stared at Valentina for a moment before grabbing the boy. "Let's go, it's time for class."

The two of them left with indifferent expressions, and Valentina turned around and looked at the dumbfounded Augus. "Aren't you going to class? What's wrong? Are you flabbergasted?"

Augus snapped out of his shock and swallowed. "Val, you like Byron, don't you?"

"Him?" Valentina scoffed sarcastically. "I never fancied him. I don't know who started those rumors."

Byron, who was about to enter the classroom, heard this and paused in his steps.
